Illuminata is open by appointment only:
Monday: 12pm to 8pm
Wednesday: 12pm to 8pm
Thursday: 10am to 2:30pm
Friday: 10am to 6pm
Saturday: 10am to 4pm
Sunday: 10am to 4pm
The last facial appointment begins 1.5 hours before closing time.

We require at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are charged a penalty fee of 50% of services booked. No shows are charged 100% of services booked.
Cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted for new clients (cash and checks preferred for returning clients).
Please plan to arrive at your scheduled appointment time, unless we call you to confirm otherwise.
We try our best to accommodate you if you are running late. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your treatment out of consideration for anyone who has booked an appointment immediately after yours. We cannot compromise the later appointments for following clients and your treatment may be modified to maximize your remaining scheduled time.
Feel free to come as you are. We are more than happy to remove your makeup for you. Please keep in mind that if your makeup requires a lot of time to remove, it may take away from time for the "good stuff".
Of course! Do note that it's best for men to shave before coming in for a facial. If he insists on keeping his facial hair, it's not a problem but we will have to work around the areas with thick hair growth.
